Joy previously has been employed in the financial insurance industry for 19 years and financial brokerage industry for 4 years prior. She is a customer service, compliance, standard procedure and guidelines oriented individual. Joy has strong beliefs that growth, opportunity and positive mindset are keys to being a member of a successful team. On her free time she enjoys traveling locally and internationally, dining at new restaurants, as well as spending time with her fur baby Olive.
